So here it is, if you can really call it that! Not much for starting my 6th month (23 weeks).
Baby and I are doing well. For the most part I am feeling better, just tired a lot or easily. Not the energy like I had with Matthew, but that might be because the baby takes it all! This baby is almost always moving, hiccuping, or kicking and punching! I joke that sometimes it's a party in my belly or Tae Bow hour in my belly. Seriously, I Love feeling the baby move. It's the most amazing feeling to have a person moving (and grooving LOL) in side of you, but when its 1:30 in the morning and you are trying to sleep and the baby is doing jumping jacks, it makes it difficult (partly because its hard to get to sleep and partly because I enjoy the movement!) The way I feel this baby move is different too. With Matthew the placenta covered the whole front and bottom of my uterus, I felt him move, kick and stuff, but this one, I can actually feel the little feet or hands when they hit or move across my belly. So hopefully this baby had decided to like me and not give me any more issues THANK GOD that despite my bad feeling there has not been anything really serious wrong with Me or baby, Thank you Jesus!! Only issue now, is braxton hicks contractions. With Matthew I couldn't have them because they could make me bleed and stuff, and for the most part I didn't. I had a few but didn't know until I had one in the Doc's office the day they told me it was time to take him and that it wasn't good for me to be having them. As far as I know, since I have no complications this time (with exception of the scar) they should be fine and normal, though a little early. But I have been having them more frequently and now every day, and having several a day( and just tonite, a few an hour). But the docs say as long as I don't have more than 4 or five an hour and not too painful and no bleeding, I should be fine, but they will monitor it. So pray that they stay normal and maybe if God willing get less frequent. They don't really hurt, but they don't feel great either.
Matthew is doing the same. Doing great with Potty Training. Pretty much done, with a few accidents here and there if he gets too busy playing with friends or something and I forget to remind him to go. He is doing #2 all on his own now and it is great! Our only problem right now is discipline. We still throw fits when told no or not right when or how he wants it, and talks back, argues a lot, and bad attitude when he talks or asks us for something sometimes. Praying for some break thru, but I think its going to be a long road. He is a sweet boy and lots of fun and makes us laugh, but when we get on to him for something, he just rebels, so pray for Divine intervention LOL. Just typical three year old boy stuff and it will get better. We just have to keep on keeping on. Every child is different and we just happen to have one of those that loves to test limits, boundaries and even sanity sometimes.
