Easter Weekend

My step dad Doug is a truck driver. He called me earlier in the week to let me know that he a had a load to take to the Cleburne area and that my sister was coming with him, for Easter weekend; so Matthew and I went up to Cleburne to see them. Daddy couldn't come because he had some work stuff to do. We had a great time, meeting Ivana(my sister) for the first time(she had never seen Matthew before now). She, her Mom, and our Dad made Easter baskets for all the kids. Saturday night we all hung out and ate dinner(including my brother, his girlfriend and their son Michael and my brother's other son Arron). Easter Sunday we hung out, opened our baskets, played outside despite the cold with sidewalk chalk and then we went to the park for a cook out. We also got to see Papaw (my grandpa) and my Grandmother at her Bar-B-Q restaurant in Cleburne, we love her turkey! We had so much fun; too much at times!

Matthew drawing with chalk, because of all of these, he learned more colors. He already knew Green "green-green" and blue "bu", he learned red and yellow "yewo"

While playing with the chalk, he got some on his face, Papa Doug thought it would be funny to add some of every color.

He got covered in chalk from head to toe.
