Well I thought things were getting better as the day progressed yesterday. His fever stayed below 100 degrees and he seemed to be cheering up. He woke up around 11 or so just pouring with sweat and he felt cooler; I thought that his fever had broke and that he would be better today, I was wrong. He woke up at 4 am with a fever over 103 and no matter what we try, tylenol (which does nothing), Advil (which lessens the fever a couple degrees) and tepid baths (only down a degree) we can't get his fever below 101. He is misserable and the rest of us don't feel that great either. I fear that my long battle with a cold has turned into a sinus infection. Gaelan also stayed home today because he wasn't feeling well. Matthew has spent most of his day laying or sleeping on the couch with Daddy or just being plain grumpy. I am ready for this to be over, hopefully that will be soon, because to top everything off, his Big D is back and after 6 weeks of that we had finally got that in control a few days ago!
