Therapy Update

Well as most of you know; I have been going to therapy for my back.(Chiropractor) Basically I lost all curve in my neck and lower back and have a "s" curve in the middle of my back. I had check-up X-rays taken yesterday and thinks look great. Simply put, when they do certain measurements, your neck is supposed to be 45 degrees, and your lower back is supposed to be 35 degrees. (Textbook numbers, all people vary from these somewhat) I started out at 15 degrees in my neck and 25 in my lower back. As of yesterday, my neck is now 30 degrees and my lower back is at 46 degrees!! YAY!!! I have improved 100%!! The doc said that it was great. He said when he met his wife, it took him 5 years to get both her neck and lower back in the 20 degree range. I have been going about 3 to 4 times a week for the last 3 months, now I only have to go twice a week.(for the next 3 months, if I keep improving like this, then I will go to one time a week for the another 3 months, then I will be done!) I am so excited and surprised. He started doing a new treatment on me about 3 weeks ago and we thought it had set me back. My neck and head have been hurting and are really sensitive and I had to stop doing a couple of the exercises; their might be another cause to that, or maybe I just need to get used to my new neck!
